We are all called to sainthood, which means one of the jobs of CCM is to form saints.

Ambitious? Sure. But that is part of the radical invitation into life with Christ.

We don't get there all at once, which is why we practice sainthood every day, taking little steps to grow in virtue and holiness. This includes practicing intercessory prayer. It is the great privilege of the Body of Christ to hold one another before Our Lord in prayer; by doing so we imitate the lives of the saints in Heaven. They are constantly interceding on our behalf from the very foot of the throne of God.
